StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Marlboro offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

Hannah is the Lead flexologist for the Stretchlab, Princeton Studio! She graduated from University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiological Sciences. For three years throughout her career at UCLA, she was a student athletic trainer working with the UCLA Football team, the Women's Beach Volleyball team, and the Gymnastics team. As a student athletic trainer, Hannah performed treatments and wrote rehabilitation plans for her athletes. After graduation, she worked as a PT aide in a traditional outpatient clinic. Hannah joined the stretch lab team because she wanted to do more to help people and is thoroughly enjoying the hands-on work with her clients! In 2024, Hannah will be attending school to earn her doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. With her passion for improving the lives of others, Hannah is eager to work with you on your fitness and wellness journey!
Heidi is a fitness enthusiast, spreading positive vibes and healthy habits. She is a BASI certified Pilates instructor with over 12 years of studio experience. To increase the quality of individual movement, Heidi is also certified in Redcord/ActiveCore suspension training from the Nuerac Center in Princeton. Heidi is always looking to find new ways to help clients stay active and pain-free. She believes Stretch Lab can help bridge the gaps between injury, health and optimal fitness. Stretching can change the way people feel and move in their daily lives. Strengthen and lengthening muscles to improve mobility and reduce pain. Maeleena is a Spring 2022 George Mason University graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, as well as a second degree black belt in Taekwondo. Her martial arts experience is what led her to choose her field of study. She grew up in West Windsor, having moved there at the age of eight. Highlights of her past experiences include being a Taekwondo instructor and working as a chiropractic assistant. Annie: Annie has been a Flexologist here at StretchLab Princeton since we officially opened in November 2023. She has her bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Rutgers University (New Brunswick), and is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Right now, she runs her own business- which provides individualized and adaptive personal training to individuals with special needs and disabilities! She is also in the process of becoming a Certified Boxing Coach for individuals with Parkinsons. Her past job experiences include working as a physical therapy aide in both outpatient and inpatient facilities, as well as a Certified Medical Assistant in orthopedic physician offices. In her free time, she loves distance running, and exercising at her local crossfit gym. Annie’s mission is to treat everyone that walks in as family, and to help direct and encourage them in reaching their individual functional mobility goals! Thank you!!!

I completed my Certification in Massage Therapy in 2002 and have over 7 years experience as a Physical Therapy Aide. I have always been active in sports throughout my life, but found my passion 5 years ago, practicing and training in Taekwondo @ UTA Martial Arts, alongside my children. Most recently I tested and received my 1st Degree Black Belt. I know firsthand and have experienced the benefits of stretching. I'll be bringing my love for health and wellness, along with my knowledge of massage and bodywork, and combining that with our PNF Stretch Techniques to provide you with a relaxing and effective stretch.
